
There are many times when I am stressed or I am unsure how I feel so overtime I have discovered my top ways of relaxing.
My first way is taking a bath in which I like to pour salts and a bath bomb into and using a face-mask while in the bath can just add to the atmosphere overall.
The next way I like to relax is by reading a book or doing some adult colouring-my favourite kind to do is mandala colouring because it is so relaxing. I also like to meditate so I can really relax and be one with myself a trick with meditating is focusing on one colour my personal colour is white as it resembles nothing and it is clear but overall you focus on one colour and u can relax and find yourself in the meditation .
Another way I like to relax is by having a pamper session, the way that I like to do this is by cleansing my face, toning, moisturising and the applying lip balm. I also like to moisture my body and my favourite body lotions are the body shop body yoghurts.
